Hello! I'm Hossai, pronounced O-sigh :)
I'm a UX & Visual Designer from Toronto 🇨🇦
After freelancing and working in visual design for about four years, I had an "aha" moment and decided to dive headfirst into the exciting world of experience design! Since then, I've never looked back.
I'm a huge advocate for design that's accessible, intuitive and purposeful, which is why transitioning to UX design felt like the perfect fit. Being self-taught and coming from a visual design background has shaped me into a hybrid designer, driven by equal passions for both visual and experience design.
Over the past four years, I've had the opportunity to work in various industries through end-to-end UX design projects in government at the Ontario Digital Service 💼, non-profit organizations through freelancing, UX consulting at Publicis Sapient 👩💻 for Marriott, Walmart Canada and at Air Miles ✈️, the most recognized loyalty program in Canada.
Currently, I'm a Product Designer at LaunchGood 💚, a crowd-funding platform supporting causes worldwide. I've also just completed a master's in Service Design at BAU 🇪🇸 I'm always eager to immerse myself in new challenges, ready to broaden my skill set, and try something new! 😊
